FRIDAY, JANUARY 9th – MICRODOSED SOUND CEREMONY – NEW YEAR EDITION
Start the year by listening inward. This ceremony is an invitation to clear the noise, reconnect with what matters, and create space for what wants to emerge in 2026.
An intimate two-hour sound journey with ancient instruments and the option of a ceremonial microdose. Guided by Steve Johnsen and Natasha Stark, this journey invites you into deep listening, resonance and gentle expanded awareness.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is not a performance or passive sound bath. It is sound as ceremony. A light, intentional microdose is combined with overtone-rich instruments like gongs, bowls, drums, chimes, and the human voice. These vibrations shift the body into slower brainwave states, opening space for clarity, release, and remembrance.
Together, microdose and ancient sound create a field for: ∞ Theta (4–7 Hz): the meditative “dream” state-deep relaxation, intuition, and emotional release and ∞ Delta (0.5–4 Hz): the deepest state of rest-cellular repair, nervous system reset, and profound stillness.
YOUR GUIDES
Natasha Stark and Steve Johnsen are both professional musicians who bring their craft into the field of sound meditation.
