Guided by Ingrid Scott (Our Daily Breath) and Steve Johnsen (The Listening Space), this intimate evening combines connected breathwork with immersive sound meditation to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and create space for deep rest.
Together, breath and sound guide you from activation into integration, from movement into stillness, from doing into simply being.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, creatively stuck, emotionally tired, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself – this experience offers exactly that: a pause.

🌿 THE JOURNEY
ARRIVE
We begin by slowing down, landing in the body, and creating a warm, welcoming space together. You'll be invited to settle in and set a personal intention for the evening.
BREATHE
Guided by Ingrid Scott, connected breathwork gently opens the body and quiets the mind. Conscious breathing helps release stored tension, restore energy, and create space for emotional processing and insight. For many, this part of the evening feels both energising and deeply grounding.
LISTEN
As the breath settles, sound naturally takes over. Steve creates a live, immersive soundscape using overtone-rich instruments — gongs, singing bowls, shruti box, chimes and voice.
This isn't a performance. It's an invitation into deep listening.
The sound supports the nervous system in shifting from doing into being, allowing body and mind to settle into profound rest and restoration.
INTEGRATE
The evening closes gently with silence, tea, and space to reflect and integrate before returning home.

As the breath opens the system, immersive sound helps guide the nervous system toward slower brainwave states associated with relaxation, creativity and deep rest.

🍄 CEREMONIAL MICRODOSE
For those who feel called, there's the option to join with an intentional truffle microdose, to gently deepen the breath and sound experience.
This is entirely optional — many guests choose to join without one and have a deeply meaningful experience regardless.
